Just a note to let you know what a great job your guys did on plumbing our Master Bath renovation. Robert and his assistant were true professionals from start to finish. First, I got a call that they were on the way here and they arrived at the appointment time. The truck was parked on the street, not in the drive. This might make trips to the truck a little longer, but assured me that should anything leak from the truck, it would not be on our pavers.

At the door they put on disposable “booties”, never seen this done before! They were removed at the door for every trip to the truck for parts and back on when re-entering the house, impressive.

They not only cleaned up when they were leaving for the day, but kept the place clean as the work was being done.

When the rough work was done, I was impressed with the quality of the work that would soon be covered when the walls were installed. If the work that will not be visible was that good, I felt confident the completed work would be the highest standard.  I was correct.

Quality work, efficient workers, clean work area, friendly, courteous individuals all make for a satisfied homeowner.

The technician arrived on time and completed his task quickly and efficiently. This also kept any of the mud from the recent rain outside, where it should be! He was kind and personable, and even my dog didn’t mind him!
